Refund policy

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery of your order.  You must contact us at stephanie@calithien.com to request a return/ exchange.  If your return is elegible we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted and are not elegible for refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or altered pieces.

To request an order cancellation, you must contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

We do NOT cover the cost for shipping your returns back to us. 

Refunds

We can only refund the original cost of the item less the cost to ship that item to you.  We are a small company and shipping is a service that was paid for when the item was sent to you, and therefore cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or altered products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
