How it is made:

Materials: Sterling Silver, and Dyed Pink Freshwater Pearls

Technique: These lovely pieces of freshwater pearl jewellery were made with care, skill and patience.

Earwires:  The pink pearl stud earrings are properly secured on sterling silver posts with sterling silver butterflies/ clutches.

Chain:  The pink pearl drop pendant hangs from a sterling silver rolo chain - chosen for its timeless beauty, durability and comfort.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped via the regular or expedited package option from Canada Post.  Free Shipping will NOT include express, next day or courier shipping.

Shipping Policy within Canada (Domestic)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If there is high demand some pieces may be made to order.  We will notify you if this is the case.  Shipments of made to order pieces will be delayed by two weeks. 

Please note that there may be shipping delays outside of Calithien Jewellery’s control due to COVID-19.

Calithien Jewellery is not responsible for packages after they are shipped. Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the customer. Please check that the address you have entered is correct.

 If you wish to purchase insurance, you must request it when the order is placed. 

 Packages shipped via Xpresspost, Expedited Parcel, and USA Tracket Packet are automatically insured for $100.  Only Regular Parcel has no included insurance.

Calithien Jewellery does not ship to P.O. Boxes.  A physical mailing address must be provided.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number by email.  It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the post office about any loss, delay or damage.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Calithien Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Calithien Jewellery carefully packages each order before it is shipped. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please send a picture of any damaged items in the packaging with your replacement request. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping exchanges and returns is the responsibility of the customer, along with the shipping charges, unless an error was made by Calithien Jewelelry.

If a return or exchange is required due to an error on our part, we will accept responsibility for the shipping.

 

International Shipping Policy

Currently, Calithien Jewellery only ships to Canada, the United States.  However, if you are outside our current shipping zone, give us a call or send an email and we’ll see what we can do.
